TRADING TERMS

Strictly net 30 days.
N.B. special priced items are strictly payable in seven days from date of invoice.

A pre GST minimum invoice value of $100 applies. Orders under this amount are subject to a $7.50 surcharge.

Orders of $100.00 or more are packed and delivered F.I.S. into the SYDNEY METRO AREA.
Orders less than $100 are subject to a $7.50 delivery charge.
Orders of $500.00 or more are packed and delivered F.I.S. interstate.
Orders less than $500 are shipped F.O.B. interstate.

A ) All goods sold by Apex Hardware Products (AHP) Australia to the purchaser shall remain the absolute property of AHP Australia and no right, title or transfer of interest of any kind shall transfer to the purchaser until payment in full is made to AHP in respect of the goods.

B) If it becomes necessary to institute legal proceedings to recover unpaid debts to AHP,

1) All discounts showing on unpaid invoices become null and void and the total list price becomes payable.

2) The purchaser shall pay all costs of collection for amounts owing by the purchaser, including Solicitor and / or agents fees.

Goods being returned will not be accepted without prior approval from AHP. Goods correctly supplied which are returned by the purchaser will be subject to a 15% handling fee. Freight costs on returned goods must be paid by the sender.

Invoice number and date are required on all claims. All claims for loss, damage, shortage or price differences claimed must be made within 7 days after invoice. No claim for any reason will be approved after 30 days. Goods returned will only be be accepted in a RE-SALEABLE condition deemed by AHP Australia. Custom made or specially ordered goods are definitely NON RETURNABLE.

Prices are subject to change with out prior notice.

AHP will replace free of charge within 12 months of shipment from our warehouse any Products proven to be faulty in manufacture of materials. However, AHP cannot refund costs Incurred, i.e.: labour, freight or otherwise. AHP Australia shall not be responsible for any consequential loss or damages. All warranty claims will be assessed by products application and fitness for purpose.
